Qualifications

• Familiarity with best practices and trends in manufacturing methods and technology.
• Ability to analyze operations and propose efficiency or cost reduction initiatives.
• Experience developing operations information, planning, and control systems.
• Experience supporting engineering design and implementation processes.
• Ability to document and plan training activities.
• Subject matter expertise as a 'Key User' for specific processes or systems.
• Skills in assembly, installation, programming, testing, and documentation of technical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Defining, implementing, and maintaining engineering policies, methods, and standards for supply chain operations.
• Developing budgets, assigning and monitoring projects, and allocating resources.
• Collaborating on cost-effective manufacturing layouts and ergonomics.
• Investigating manufacturing practices and technology developments.
• Ensuring efficient operations across all supply chain stages and proposing improvement projects.
• Developing and maintaining operations information, planning, and control systems.
• Supporting engineering design and implementation of assigned processes.
• Planning and documenting training for affected parts of the organization.
• Providing local support as a 'Key User' on dedicated processes.
• Performing assembly, installation, programming, testing, and documentation of infrastructure modules.
