Navitas Semiconductor seeks an Industrial Engineering Capacity Engineer to partner with Asian OSAT sites overseeing outsourced capacity for wafer bumping, CP test, packaging and final test. You will drive NPI capacity design, evaluation, matching and manpower planning to meet production demands.

You will monitor OEE, line utilization and bottlenecks, coordinate with Planning, R&D and Sustaining teams, and prepare capacity forecasts to support scheduling and capacity reservation across multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Hands-on IE experience with outsourced capacity management in semiconductor OSAT factories.
• Expertise in capacity modeling, takt time analysis, OEE improvement and line balancing; experience in NPI capacity design.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with OSAT IE and Planning teams to conduct end-to-end capacity analysis for wafer bumping, CP test, packaging and final test; calculate standard machine capacity and optimize equipment and manpower allocation.
• Coordinate with Planning, R&D and Sustaining teams to address capacity-limiting issues and secure stable outsourced capacity supply.
• Compile outsourced capacity reports; forecast equipment and manpower demands to support scheduling and capacity reservation.
• Perform line load reviews and capacity audits; propose expansion/reduction and manpower adjustment plans for medium/long-term volumes.
• Spot high-risk stations and capacity shortages early; submit capacity forecasts and demand requests to OSAT for pre-allocation.
• Join new product early NPI capacity design and pre-assessment for outsourced lines to ensure readiness for ramp-up.
• Track real-time OEE, production losses and man-hour waste; launch continuous improvement projects to raise throughput.
