Job summary

Active Control Automation and Industrial Sales Corporation is seeking a technician to support maintenance and upgrades of electrical systems on roll forming machines. The role involves preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and assisting electricians under supervision.

The candidate should be capable of performing motor control tasks and panel assembly, and be willing to participate in project deployments and other assigned tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Lead Service Engineer in the selection and quantification of control components and equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, fabrication, modification and overhauling of machines' electrical systems; assist in directing electricians in their tasks.
• Carry out routine preventive maintenance of electrical systems of roll forming machines.
• Troubleshoot electrical malfunctions of machines and other control systems.
• Perform motor control and panel assembly tasks.
• Willing to participate in project deployment and other assigned tasks.
