Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Joint Theater Distribution Center (JTDC) Manager, Indo-Pacific Logistics Integration, based in Subic Bay, Philippines. The role leads activation, build‑up, and day‑to‑day JTDC operations to support Indo-Pacific mission partners and DoD customers across the region.

You will synchronize seven JTDC teams, establish priorities, ensure safety and readiness, and coordinate with Government leadership and customers to drive mission success.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in logistics, sustainment, distribution, or related operational environments.
• Experience managing multiple functional teams and coordinating competing priorities.
• Experience interacting with Government customers and senior operational stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Direct overall JTDC activation, build‑up, transition, and steady‑state operations.
• Establish priorities, operating rhythms, reporting requirements, and performance expectations.
• Lead and supervise the seven functional JTDC Team Leads.
• Coordinate with Government leadership, mission partners, and supported commands.
• Maintain site safety, readiness, throughput, and mission execution.
