EY India invites you to join Risk Management Services as an Associate Analyst in Independence within RMS. Based in Kochi or Gurgaon, you will develop knowledge of firm-level Independence concepts and support audit teams in mitigating independence-related risk.

You will review submissions, perform reconciliation and research, and update EY tools, while coordinating with project managers to ensure accurate and timely responses. The role stresses ethics, data handling, and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Admin, Economics or Data Analytics.
• At least 1 year of research and analysis experience.
• Exposure to client interaction is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop working knowledge of firm-level Independence concepts and apply EYG Independence policies.
• Perform review of submissions to evaluate completeness and accuracy; reconcile and research information.
• Update EY tools and databases with accurate data; communicate with project managers.
• Support audit/pursuit teams to mitigate independence-related risk and meet KPIs.
