Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, Middle Office, Capital Markets, Fund Accounting, Asset Management, or Custody Operations.
• Hands-on experience in Income and Corporate Actions processing.
• Knowledge of Fixed Income products, dividends, coupons, and interest income.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, trade flows, and investment operations.
• Experience with reconciliation and break investigation/resolution.
• Good knowledge of Fund Accounting processes, particularly accruals, amortization, and NAV.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process investment income and corporate action events for Fixed Income and Equity securities.

We are looking for an Income Processing Associate – Investment Operations who will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of investment income and corporate action events for Fixed Income and Equity securities. The role will handle coupon, interest, and dividend processing, accruals and amortization, reconciliation, and resolution of cash and stock breaks, while ensuring compliance with process controls and SLAs. This position is ideal for professionals with experience in Investment Banking, Middle Office, Capital Markets, Fund Accounting, Custody, or Asset Management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, or a related field
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, Middle Office, Capital Markets, Fund Accounting, Asset Management, or Custody Operations
• Hands-on experience in Income and Corporate Actions processing
• Knowledge of Fixed Income products, dividends, coupons, and interest income
• Strong understanding of capital markets, trade flows, and investment operations
• Experience with reconciliation and break investigation/resolution
• Good knowledge of Fund Accounting processes, particularly accruals, amortization, and NAV
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience with Bloomberg Terminal for corporate actions, coupon accruals, and securities pricing is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI, MIS reporting, data analysis, or AI tools is a plus
• Understanding of risk and controls related to Income, Corporate Actions, and Custody processes
• Ability to research and resolve trade, corporate action, cash, stock, and other reconciliation breaks
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under strict timelines and SLAs
• Willingness to work on shifting schedules
• NISM/NSE or CISI certification is an advantage
