Job description

Responsibilities

• Incident Management Activities: Validates operational & technology risk incidents reported, reviews incident details, facilitates root cause analysis, coordinates with stakeholders for investigation, supports incident investigation by joining briefing and war rooms, liaises with business units to remediate incidents, monitors action plans, proposes process and control improvements, prepares reports for senior management and board committee presentations.
• Governance, Reporting and Escalations: Assists in preparing reports on operational and technical risk incidents, issues, and decisions for senior management on a regular basis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or Business with at least 2 years of solid work experience in the financial or fintech industry handling risk, data, incident management, and/or controls.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, detail-oriented, independent, able to work under pressure.
• Good understanding of process management, internal controls and risk management.
• High level of integrity, ownership and accountability of results.
