Job summary

Private Advertiser is hiring an Inbound Sales Representative to handle inbound calls, provide product information, and convert inquiries into sales. The role emphasizes strong communication, customer focus, and achieving individual sales targets. Onsite work is required with opportunities for commissions and a Php 20,000 welcome bonus.

Candidates with or without BPO experience are welcome; face-to-face sales experience is highly encouraged. Immediate start is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries and identify sales opportunities.
• Assist customers with product/service information and recommendations.
• Convert inbound inquiries into successful sales.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Address questions, concerns, and objections professionally.
• Upsell or cross-sell relevant products and services when appropriate.
• Accurately process orders, sales transactions, and customer information.
• Meet and achieve individual sales and performance targets.
• Provide a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
