VikingCloud in the Philippines seeks a PCI Compliance Specialist - Inbound to support merchant customers via calls, email, and web chat. You will educate callers on PCI-DSS compliance and guide them through each step. The role emphasizes accurate call logging, achieving first-call resolution, and promoting Sysnet products when appropriate.

Flexibility in shifts and strong English communication are required. Minimum high school diploma and 1 year in customer service are expected.

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in customer service (call center preferred).
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Ability to work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to merchant customers via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and web chat.
• Educate callers on PCI-DSS compliance and guide each step.
• Identify opportunities to promote Sysnet products and take appropriate actions.
• Assist callers with login and navigation of Sysnet Air portal.
• Deliver excellent support and aim for first-call resolution by gathering needed information.
• Handle difficult calls calmly and escalate when needed.
• Log each call accurately in the required systems.
• Manage call metrics per goals and SLAs.
• Undertake additional duties as needed.
