It aims to make beauty accessible to Filipinos through its flagship brands SNAILWHITE and Oxecure, and new brands like SPARKLE. The company also markets health-oriented products like TRIZIE and Twin Releaf, which target gut health and stress relief. All Future Glow Philippines brands are available at leading retailers nationwide.

Role Description
  • Coordination with third-party service partners –Communicates business requirements and expectations clearly to service partners, while providing complete documentation as needed in a timely manner.
  • Operational Stakeholders Updates–Provides timely updates to operational stakeholders (brand, e-commerce team, demand planners, warehouses) regarding the status of shipments.
  • Problem Solver –Provides quick and creative solutions to resolve issues related to inbound shipments.
  • Process Improvements –Identifies and understands the processes, looking for ways to continuously improve the process.
  • Excel Proficiency and Organization -Monitors, updates, and improves the various tracking files and booking documents required for day-to-day shipments. Ensures that all documents are well organized and easily traceable.
  • SAP Proficiency –Ensures accurate and timely processing of transactions in SAP.
  • PO and SAP Accountability –Maintains the accuracy of SAP inventory records for In-transit stocks.
  • Vendor Assessment –Conducts vendor assessment based on performance and total cost of service and provides recommendations on top performing vendors.
  • Billing statements and Invoice Review–Reviews billing statements and invoices from local suppliers to ensure accuracy and facilitate timely vendor payments.
  • Permits Renewal –Prepares necessary documents for the processing and renewal of all required permits.
  • Cost Analysis –Analyzes costs related to importation, brokerage and other related expenses. Provides data driven suggestions to improve overall operational efficiency.
Qualifications
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in supply chain, a focus on health and beauty brands is a plus.
  • Experience in Import/Export processing in the Philippines is ideal but not required
  • Excellent coordination, communication skills, and project management skills
  • Background and experience in SAP is ideal but not required
  • Quick Learner and Open to Learn
  • Can build good working relationships with suppliers
