MicroSourcing in Cebu City is seeking an Inside Sales Account Associate to engage with customers onsite and drive active transactions. You will use scripts to reconnect with inactive customers, document feedback, and support service improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven 1–2 years experience in telesales or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Contact existing inactive customers using scripts to collect feedback on the company's service.
• Convert 30 or more inactive customers daily and ensure they carry out transactions.
• Document and follow up on customer feedback.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Customer Support Leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact existing inactive customers using scripts to collect feedback on the company's service.
• Convert 30 or more inactive customers daily and ensure they carry out transactions.
