Qualifications

• Proven 1–2 years experience in telesales or customer service.
• Good knowledge of CRM software and telephone systems.

• Emotionally intelligent and professional in providing feedback to team members.
• Able to resolve issues and address complaints.

Responsibilities

• Contact existing inactive customers using scripts to collect feedback on the company's service.
• Convert 30 or more inactive customers daily and ensure they carry out transactions.
• Document and follow up on customer feedback.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Customer Support Leads.
