Job summary

Peek Travel Inc. is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to build and activate partner accounts on Peek Pro. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure smooth setup.

In this remote-first role, you will manage a steady flow of partner build requests, install booking buttons on partner websites across CMS platforms, and handle data entry and site updates daily. The position offers a flexible, globally distributed team and opportunities to learn about evolving onboarding

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the Onboarding Specialist to implement new partners to Peek Pro accounts.
• Manage a pipeline of new partner build requests using a combination of tools and resources.
• Install Peek Pro account booking buttons on new partners’ websites through various CMS platforms.
• Work multi-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations; data entry, simple coding, and website management daily.

You will be an integral part of our new partner onboarding process. In this role, you will be building the Pro accounts to be used by our new Partners who are going through the onboarding process.

Nice to Have Skills

• Basic knowledge of AI Systems
• Prior experience with WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, or Weebly
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Business-level English and Spanish language skills
