Job summary

RealPage in the Philippines is seeking an Implementation Specialist to support Leasing & Rents and Document Management workflows, ensuring smooth onboarding of property staff and accurate document handling.

You will manage multiple client deployments, set up systems, and coordinate with internal teams to meet deadlines while maintaining strict documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 1–2 years’ experience in a related role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Ability to communicate with internal business partners.
• Willing to work overtime and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple client implementations simultaneously.
• Ensure all client documents meet departmental policies, legal requirements and customer specifications prior to starting implementation.
• Perform system setup and configuration ensuring accuracy of complex data and multi-system integrations.
• Maintain advanced knowledge of each product for which they are responsible.
• Accurately forecast activation dates and manage implementation to meet release dates.
• Conduct review with domestic consultant prior to release to confirm acceptance of data and configuration.
• Maintain accurate records of all communication from each client.
• Update activity records timely and accurately for reporting and billing.
• Notify management of any complications, missing data or defects delaying implementation.
• Identify and assist development with resolution and enhancements to workflow, scripts, or system defects.
• Perform testing on new workflow, scripts, or solutions prior to implementation.
• Maintain knowledge of departmental processes and procedures.

Role Overview

The Implementation Specialist supports functions in Leasing & Rents and Document Management to manage the forms and documents that property staff processes on a daily basis as part of the overall OneSite workflow, such as move-ins, renewals and or recertification and other routine processes that require consistent documentation. Documents are stored in one convenient location for the property’s staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience, preferred
• Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, specifically MS Word
• Must be detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
• Excellent analytical abilities to grasp the key points from complicated details
• Must be able to effectively communicate with internal business partners
• Ability to work overtime as needed to ensure deliverables are met
• Must be able to multi-task, work in high paced and deadline driven environment

Work Schedule & Setup

• Must be willing to work onsite during the first 90 days of training
• Hybrid setup begins on the 4th month, with two onsite days per week
• Supports US business operations - Fixed graveyard shift schedule with night differential pay
