Job summary

RealPage, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Specialist to support Leasing & Rents and Document Management workflows, handling move-ins, renewals, and recertifications by ensuring consistent documentation.

You will manage client deployments, configure systems, and maintain accurate records across multiple engagements. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, 1–2 years in a related field, and strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 1–2 years’ experience in a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, specifically MS Word.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent analytical abilities to grasp key points from complicated details.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal business partners.
• Ability to work overtime as needed to ensure deliverables are met.
• Ability to multi-task in a high-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Role Overview:

The Implementation Specialist supports functions in Leasing & Rents and Document Management to manage the forms and documents that property staff processes on a daily basis as part of the overall OneSite workflow, such as move-ins, renewals and or recertification and other routine processes that require consistent documentation. Documents are stored in one convenient location for the property’s staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple client implementations simultaneously
• Ensures all client documents are received in accordance with departmental policies, legal requirements and customer specifications prior to starting implementation
• Perform system setup and configuration ensuring accuracy of complex data and multi system integrations
• Maintain advanced knowledge of each product for which they are responsible
• Accurately forecast activation dates and manage implementation appropriately to meet release dates
• Conduct review with domestic consultant prior to release to confirm acceptance of data and configuration
• Maintain accurate records of all communication received from each client
• Update activity records timely and accurately to ensure accurate reporting and client billing
• Notify management of any complications, missing data or system defects that might delay the implementation
• Identify and assist development with resolution and enhancements to workflow, scripts, or system defects
• Perform testing on new workflow, scripts, or solutions prior to implementation
• Maintain knowledge of departmental processes and procedures

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience, preferred
• Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, specifically MS Word
• Must be detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
• Excellent analytical abilities to grasp the key points from complicated details
• Must be able to effectively communicate with internal business partners
• Ability to work overtime as needed to ensure deliverables are met
• Must be able to multi-task, work in high paced and deadline driven environment

Work Schedule & Setup

• Must be willing to work onsite during the first 90 days of training
• Hybrid setup begins on the 4th month, with two onsite days per week
• Supports US business operations - Fixed graveyard shift schedule with night differential pay
