Job summary

Pilmico, part of Aboitiz Foods, is seeking an Impex Associate to support day-to-day import and export operations, ensuring timely processing, accurate documentation, and regulatory compliance across the supply chain.

The role requires close coordination with brokers, logistics providers, and internal teams to optimize shipments from origin to destination. Fresh graduates with a BS in Customs Administration or Supply Chain are encouraged to apply; SAP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Customs Administration, Supply Chain or related business course.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply; 1 year experience in logistics is a plus.
• Experience with SAP 4HANA is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine customs regulations and trade compliance is required.
• Excellent coordination, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor import shipments and update shipment monitoring system.
• Ensure on-time delivery and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Track vessel arrivals with brokers and shipping lines.
• Coordinate with brokers and trucking providers for delivery schedules.
• Process supplier payments and ensure compliance with terms.
• Prepare and submit regulatory documents (DA-BF, BIR-ATRIG, FDA).
• Maintain import/export records and ensure audit readiness.
• Collaborate with Procurement for EXW/FOB logistics planning.
