Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management in Malabon is seeking an experienced procurement professional to manage end-to-end supply chain activities for FMCG/import-export. The role emphasizes strategic sourcing, regulatory compliance, and cost optimization while coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in procurement, strong negotiation, and advanced Excel skills, with ability to lead teams and communicate effectively across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Customs Administration, International Trade, Management, or related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, import/export within FMCG or food manufacturing is REQUIRED
• Strong understanding of FMCG supply chain dynamics
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Strong negotiation skills
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Creative and innovative mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of FDA, and other regulatory boards involved in import/export

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Customs Administration, International Trade, Management, or related field.
