Job summary

White Cloak Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Mid .NET Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain web and software applications across the full SDLC. You will translate requirements into secure, scalable solutions and collaborate with project teams to deliver reliable software.

The role emphasizes front-end and back-end development, troubleshooting, documentation, and adherence to security standards and governance requirements within an enterprise context in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, computer engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years of .NET development experience.
• Proficiency in ASP.NET, C#/.NET, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery.
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum practices, and secure coding.
• Experience with web-based and enterprise applications.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain web and software applications using approved tools, technologies, frameworks, and coding standards.
• Analyze business and system requirements and translate them into efficient, scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.
• Develop, design, enhance, and maintain front-end and back-end components of new and existing systems.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects, performance issues, and technical problems to ensure system reliability and stability.
• Perform program coding activities in accordance with established development methodologies, application standards, secure coding practices, and security requirements.
• Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Prepare and maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, technical specifications, code documentation, test plans, implementation plans, deployment notes, and process flows.
• Conduct and support unit, integration, system, cross-browser, cross-device, and user acceptance testing activities to ensure software quality and compliance with requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, quality assurance teams, developers, business users, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of software solutions.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security standards, applicable governance frameworks, and secure coding requirements.
