You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and update existing programs to meet business goals. Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related fields with at least 2 years of experience, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office and e-learning tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, HR, Psychology, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in instructional design, learning and development, or training.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and e-learning authoring tools.
• Strong communication, project management, and content development skills.
• Experience with LMS platforms is an advantage.
