  • Effectively and adequately handle transactions and deliver an outstanding customer experience through phone and email

  • Act timely on feedback provided by internal and external stakeholders with the objective of improving performance

Who are we looking for?

  • High School Graduate

  • Must have at least 1 year customer service or technical support experience in a BPO setup supporting international customers

  • Must have at least 6 months experience in a voice account

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills

  • Positive, self-motivated, and energetic

  • Amenable to work in rotating shifts

  • Can work at Robinsons Cybergate 1, Pavia, Iloilo
