Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in the Philippines seeks an experienced IAM specialist to lead architecture and engagements focused on IGA and Identity Governance. You will design and deliver IAM solutions for clients, coordinating across teams and stakeholders.

Requires hands-on IGA tool experience, strong documentation and presentation skills, and the ability to communicate with senior stakeholders, including CSOs, while guiding technical delivery across on-prem and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IAM domain with hands-on IGA tool experience.
• Proven ability to lead technical delivery and client engagements.
• Strong documentation and presentation skills.
• Experience integrating IAM with ITSM, SIEM, PAM.
• Experience with on-prem and cloud IAM architectures.

Job description

• Must have worked on at least one of the IGA tools (SailPoint, Saviynt, Oracle, IBM, PingOne etc.)
• Delivered IAM architecture and consulting engagements
• Strong experience in documenting consulting reports and presentations
• At least 8 years of experience in IAM domain working on at least one of the leading IGA tool
• Excellent Knowledge on IGA Fundamentals:
• Identity Lifecycle Management
• Application Onboarding
• Entitlement Catalog
• Roles, Reports and Rules
• Tasks (Aggregation/Refresh/Perform Maintenance)
• Role Mining
• Access Governance / Recertification
• Strong understanding of all the IGA use cases and controls
• Good understanding of frameworks by NIS, Gartner, Forrester etc.
• Very good understanding of SoD and Least privileged principles
• Must have worked on detailed design and implementation of IGA solution
• Must have worked on application onboarding to IGA solution
• Must have worked on integrating IGA with peripheral systems like ITSM, SIEM, PAM etc.
• Must have produced HLD and LLD documents
• Must have working experience across On-prem IGA solution and management of cloud identities. Must have thorough understanding of overall IGA architecture across on-prem and cloud (AWS and Azure AD).
• Created IGA solution accelerators
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Ability to confidently present solution to stakeholders up to CSO level
• Ability to lead technical delivery of IAM projects
• Ability of design IGA solution and integrations. Identify right deliverables for engineering team to execute.
• Manage client engagement for IGA solution to validate business/technical requirements and present optimal solution
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
• Good experience in managing client relationship
