Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Manila is seeking an Identity & Access Management Associate to contribute to design and implementation of identity, authentication, authorization, and privileged access controls across enterprise environments.

You'll learn and contribute to client engagements, gaining exposure to cybersecurity methods, tools, and business context while evolving your professional brand within our Advisory practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years of experience preferred.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.

Responsibilities

• Supporting identity and access management activities across client environments and internal projects.
• Configuring user access rights, role based access control, and identity governance processes.
• Assisting with access provisioning, account updates, and deactivation activities across enterprise systems.
• Monitoring privileged access workflows and supporting controls for sensitive systems and data.
• Reviewing access requests, identity records, and authorization details to help maintain accuracy.
• Documenting procedures, control steps, and technical findings for identity management activities.
• Gathering information from system tools and stakeholders to identify access issues and patterns.
• Applying security, compliance, and governance knowledge to help protect digital identities and access paths.
