Job summary

Willis Towers Watson is seeking an IC Business Security Analyst to support client inquiries related to information security and data privacy programs. The role includes coordinating questionnaire responses, participating in client audits, and negotiating contracts to ensure compliance and robust security controls.

The candidate will build relationships with technology teams and stakeholders, drive best practices in cyber security awareness, and stay aligned with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain effective relationships with technology teams and IC stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of information and cyber security best practices through awareness and support.
• Manage the group mailbox to provide timely and accurate resolution to WTW clients/business teams.
• Stay up to date with client report requirements and manage the report tool.
• Engage in information security activities to support client engagements (reports, vulnerabilities).
• Collaborate with internal teams to support client requirements related to questionnaires, contracts and audits.
• Demonstrate understanding of security regulations and data privacy laws.

Job description

As IC Business Security Analyst, you will be working closely with WTW's Client teams to assist in responding to Client queries related to our Information Security and Data Privacy programs and controls. In this position, the Business Security Services Assessor will be responsible for leading and coordinating the completion of requests assigned - that may come in the form of questionnaires (ongoing or as part of a RFI/RFP), participating in Client audits, and/or during negotiating contracts with our Clients. The IC Business Security Analyst will identify trends based on the type of questions being asked by our clients versus gaps (if any) compared to current controls, and provide key information to leadership as input for prioritizing the future strategy for the organization. Information security background, certifications and experience are beneficial.

The Role

• Demonstrate a good understanding of security regulations and data privacy laws

The Requirements

• Degree in a relevant Information Technology area preferably with a focus on information security
• Basic understanding of all aspects of information security principles, policy and its application in business and technology areas
