Job summary

Pnc Garnet Property Holdings Corporation is seeking a hands-on Ice Machine Maintenance Technician in Taguig to oversee daily operations and routine upkeep of the facility's ice machines.

You will perform daily checks, maintain tanks, inspect for leaks, clean components, lubricate bearings, monitor harvests, and log all activities in monitoring sheets and operator logbooks. Experience in 1–3 years preferred.

Qualifications

• At least college level or undergraduate status.
• Preferably from Taguig.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in a related role.

Responsibilities

• Check daily suction pressure, oil level, thawing time, and ice thickness.
• Maintain the freezing tank by cleaning the ice machine weekly.
• Check for ammonia leaks and clean the water filter.
• Monthly, drain the oil path separator and clean the tube maker, cooling tower, and sprinklers.
• Lubricate the compressor and motor bearings, and check all motor pumps.
• Monitor the harvest of the machine.
• Input to monitoring sheet and operator logbook.
