Job summary

EastWest Banking Corporation in Taguig invites a high-impact professional to lead ICAAP Recovery Planning and enterprise stress testing. You will drive governance, regulatory alignment, and proactive risk management in a complex, highly regulated banking environment.

The role requires 8–12 years in enterprise risk management, strong knowledge of ICAAP and stress testing frameworks, and proven ability to engage senior stakeholders while delivering decisive results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or related discipline.
• 8–12 years of progressive risk management experience in regulated financial institutions.
• Strong knowledge of BSP ICAAP Guidelines, SAFr, Basel Pillar 2 principles, stress testing, and recovery planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, governance, and QA of ICAAP and Recovery Plan aligned with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
• Partner with business and risk units to gather inputs and ensure timely submissions to BSP, including regulatory responses.
• Oversee controls, data integrity, and methodological soundness across ICAAP, Recovery Planning, and stress testing with independent validations.
