Job summary

Avaloq in the Philippines is seeking a skilled Identity & Access Management specialist to join the Central Security Authority within CISO Operations. You will handle end-to-end authorization, JML, and access reviews in a regulated international setting.

Collaborating with Service Desk and technical teams, you will help maintain compliant and auditable access management processes, applying least privilege and role-based controls while supporting hybrid and flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Identity & Access Management operations in a security role.
• Hands-on with One Identity Manager (operations, provisioning, troubleshooting).
• Strong understanding of least privilege and segregation of duties.
• Experience with JML lifecycle, access reviews, and audit controls.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Operate end-to-end authorization management—validation, approvals, provisioning.
• Execute Joiner, Mover, Leaver activities per security policy.
• Perform operations in One Identity Manager including job queue monitoring.
• Run control activities and periodic reviews to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with Service Desk, technical teams, requestors, managers on access management.
