Qualifications

• Master's degree level in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 0 to 3 years of experience as an IT Operator or System & Network Administrator.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the technical and functional oversight of access IT products.
• Perform ITIL-based support processes that include incident and change management.
• Monitor system logs and alerts for potential security incidents.
