Job summary

Indra Philippines, Inc. is seeking an IAM Governance Specialist to define and govern IAM requirements across enterprise applications and user populations. You will review designs for least privilege, support onboarding, and coordinate with owners and vendors to ensure readiness.

The role emphasizes lifecycle governance, access certification, and risk-awareness in a security-focused environment, with onsite work in Ortigas Center, filing for 100% onsite operations.

Qualifications

• Has Bachelor’s Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, cybersecurity, IT security governance, app security, infra security, or enterprise access management projects.
• Hands-on involvement in IAM initiatives such as IGA, PAM, AD, MFA, SSO, access workflows, and lifecycle management.
• Experience defining, reviewing, or validating business, security, governance, and operational requirements for enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of JML, SoD, access certification, approval workflows, entitlement management, and access governance policies.
• Experience coordinating with application owners, infrastructure and security teams, and vendors to gather requirements and validate data.
• Exposure to IAM platforms and technologies like SailPoint, CyberArk, Entra ID/AD, MFA tools, and enterprise integration platforms.
• Familiarity with authentication, authorization, identity federation, SSO, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, APIs, and role/entitlement models.
• Experience supporting testing activities, UAT, defect validation, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live transition for IAM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define, document, and validate IAM governance, security, and operational requirements across applications and user populations.
• Review solution designs for least privilege, SoD, access control standards, and operational requirements.
• Apply lifecycle and access governance processes like JML, access certification, and approval workflows.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, validate access behavior, track defects, and support readiness sign-off.
• Collaborate with application owners, technical teams, process owners, and vendors to validate data and onboarding readiness.
• Assess operational readiness, define support requirements, and prepare handover documentation for post-go-live ownership.
• Understand and apply compliance and risk considerations in IAM and privileged access environments.
