Job summary

Private Advertiser in San Juan City is seeking an IT Auditor to conduct IT audits focused on governance, cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and IT risk management. The role ensures compliance with recognized frameworks while strengthening the organization's IT control environment.

You will plan and perform audits across IT governance, cybersecurity, ERP systems, and IT operations; review policies; assess ITGCs; and help ensure data privacy and information security standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/IS or related field.
• Experience in IT Audit or IT Risk is an advantage.
• Familiar with COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001, ITGCs and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform IT audits covering IT governance, cybersecurity, infrastructure, ERP systems, and IT operations.
• Review and evaluate IT policies, standards, and procedures.
• Assess IT governance, risk management, and internal controls using COBIT, ITIL, and ISO 27001 frameworks.
• Evaluate IT General Controls (ITGCs), including logical access, change management, backup and recovery, and disaster recovery processes.
• Identify technology risks, control weaknesses, and operational inefficiencies, and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with the MIS Department and business units during audit engagements.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of the annual IT Audit Plan.
• Ensure compliance with the Data Privacy Act, information security standards, and internal audit requirements.
• Safeguard the confidentiality and integrity of audit information.
