Job summary

Integrated OS in Manila is seeking a Web2Print Specialist to lead INFIGO platform architecture, governance, and templating standards.

You will collaborate with IT, ERP, and WMS teams to ensure accurate product configuration, seamless order flow, and reliable integrations, while maintaining release governance. Hybrid work in Alabang, 2 days in office.

The role requires 3–6+ years in Web2Print and strong InDesign skills.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years Web2Print platform experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with INFIGO.
• Experience configuring both print and finished goods products.
• Exposure to WMS/ERP integrations in an eCommerce or fulfilment environment.
• Advanced Adobe InDesign knowledge in structured template building.
• Experience operating within structured Dev/Test/Prod environments.

Responsibilities

• Design architecture and governance for INFIGO and Web2Print setups.
• Configure roles, permissions, and environment releases.
• Manage product catalog for print and finished goods.
• Integrate with WMS/ERP systems via APIs and webhooks.
• Prepare data and QA for production releases.
• Monitor performance, SEO basics, and accessibility standards.
