Job summary

NNIT Philippines is seeking an experienced Veeva Vault Administrator to join our Life Sciences IT delivery team. You will provide L2 system support for Veeva Vaults, manage user access, and drive continuous improvements across Vault modules to meet business needs.

You will act as a trusted advisor, handle escalation of issues, troubleshoot effectively, and help create reports and dashboards. Collaboration with multi-functional teams and ensuring validation across releases are key aspects of the

Qualifications

• Must have experience supporting Veeva systems and related modules.
• System administration experience with Veeva Vault (Vault Quality/Clinical/Regulatory).
• Experience supporting Quality, QMS, CTMS, ETMF, RIMS, PromoMats, MedComms.
• Technical Support / AMS experience.
• Experience working with a multi-cultural team.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 system support for Veeva Vaults
• Manage system users, roles, and permissions
• Provide advisory/consultant expertise and support
• Drive continuous improvements by staying on top of new functionality
• Serve as escalation point for issues and questions
• Responsible for troubleshooting and fixing system issues
• Evaluate the existing functionality and implement per business needs
• Ensure quality and adaptation
• Assist with creating reports and dashboards
• Make system configuration and routine changes
• Manage data loads (bulk upload of documents, users, metadata, fields on documents) and realignments (data mapping as part of configurations)
• Promote changes by utilizing package deployments and change controls
• Ensure Veeva environments are validated every release and every change
