You will define the technical roadmap, ensure quality, and manage stakeholders while staying current with emerging technologies to optimize performance and scale. This role focuses on leadership, collaboration and delivering secure, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and provide solution architecture guidance.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across multiple teams and vendors.
• Broad IT experience in performance, reliability, cybersecurity, IT compliance, outsourcing, modernization and agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define the technical roadmap for the products, including architecture, technology stack, and standards.
• Lead the technical delivery team to complete work on time and on budget with high quality.
• Design and review architectures for new features aligning with product strategy.
• Monitor system performance and implement optimizations for user experience and efficiency.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Evaluate new technologies for potential adoption to improve portfolio.
