D&V Philippines is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant (US) to handle full-cycle bookkeeping, accounts payable, and preparation of financial statements for SEC-reporting clients. This role requires strong English proficiency and solid experience in QuickBooks, Word, and Excel.

The position offers hybrid work setup with a Monday–Friday schedule aligned to US time zones. The candidate will support quarterly and year-end closes, manage reconciliations, and prepare detailed analyses for auditors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
• 4 to 5 years of accounting experience including month end closes and preparation of full set financial statements.
• Proficient in QuickBooks and in English.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Perform full-cycle bookkeeping and accounts payable processing with accurate records.
• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and ensure timely recording in the general ledger.
• Prepare financial statements for SEC reporting companies using ledgers and schedules.
• Support quarterly and year-end close, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare GL related entries and maintain reports and files.
• Verify data accuracy provided by clients at a transactional level.
• Input and maintain bank activity and reconciliations.
• Prepare schedules for trial balance accounts and analyses of transactions.
• Provide explanations of all transactions and support documentation for auditors.
