Samsara is seeking a Senior Software Engineer - Salesforce for its Bengaluru operations. You will design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions, collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Finance teams, and drive improvements in revenue operations. The role emphasizes mentorship, technical leadership, and aligning with Samsara’s growth mindset.

The position is hybrid with two days in the Bengaluru office. Relocation is not provided.

Qualifications

7+ years Salesforce development experience with Sales Cloud, Apex, VisualForce, LWC, and Force.com.
Self-starter, self-motivated, prioritizes effectively and works under minimal supervision.
Excellent communication and collaboration in dynamic environments.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Experience designing test plans, unit testing, and code coverage.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Design and develop secure, scalable solutions on Salesforce platforms.
Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and metrics.
Evaluate code, reduce technical debt, and define a technology roadmap with architects.
Mentor and train junior developers.
Embed Samsara’s cultural principles and scale globally across offices.
