Job summary

GHD is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join our Civil Infrastructure team in the Philippines. You will provide technical leadership, guide multidisciplinary teams, and mentor junior engineers across projects spanning dams, energy, and land development.

You will lead design, reviews, and delivery, coordinate with stakeholders, and contribute to proposals and tenders. The role supports a hybrid work model with office-based days in Makati, Quezon City, or Cebu.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in civil infrastructure design and delivery.
• Strong leadership and ability to guide multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and supporting team development.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and delivery of civil infrastructure projects.
• Prepare and review designs, calculations, reports, and specifications.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team capability building.
• Contribute to proposals, tenders, and technical submissions.
