Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Risk and Compliance Specialist for the Corebridge Account Technology Infrastructure portfolio. This hybrid role focuses on second-line risk management for operational, fraud and privacy risks, reporting to the R&C lead.

The position requires strong auditing background, with emphasis on CRBG controls and risk escalation. You will collaborate with first-line teams, drive remediation, prepare risk communications, and support both client and internal risk governance

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of internal auditing experience.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience preferred for an IC role.
• CPA preferred but not required.
• From known auditing firms is preferred but not required.
• No specific tools required.
• Open to any industry; insurance industry preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Report to the R&C lead for Corebridge Account.
• Promote CRBG Sox/Soc controls and risk reporting.
• Communicate risk incidents with a professional risk lens.
• Drive risk remediation and issues management.
• Facilitate risk governance meetings with client and internal teams.
• Support data integrity and risk inventories.
