Job summary

Cambridge University Press & Assessment is seeking a BI & Data Performance Analyst to develop performance data, reporting solutions, and automation that support Operations decisions. You will leverage SQL and Power BI to deliver insights and scalable data models, working closely with the Operations Planning & Assurance team.

Hybrid role in Makati City with office two days a week, offering a permanent position and a salary range of PHP 33,000–44,000 per month.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years' hands-on Power BI experience building dashboards, reports, and data models.
• Experience extracting, transforming, and analysing data using SQL.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Use SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyse data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for operations.
• Collaborate with Operations Managers to translate requirements into scalable data models and visuals.
