Copeland is hiring a General Ledger Accountant in Quezon City, Philippines. The role supports bank reconciliations, balance sheet analyses, fixed asset accounting, and audit readiness within a hybrid work model (3x onsite).

Night shift is noted, with company-provided IT assets on day one. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in accounting and at least 2 years of GL experience, including ERP systems like Oracle and SAP.

Qualificações

Bachelor’s degree in accountancy or related field.
At least 2 years of work experience in general accounting, including bank and balance sheet reconciliations, fixed assets accounting, and audit support.
Strong knowledge of internal controls and GAAP.
Proficiency in ERP applications, including Oracle and SAP.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

Perform bank reconciliations to protect the organization's assets and verify cash transaction accuracy.
Reconcile and analyze balance sheet accounts, resolving discrepancies.
Generate reports and perform account analyses to resolve mis-recordings before financial statements finalization.
Collaborate with partners to deliver critical financial deliverables and maintain audit trails.
Handle fixed asset accounting, including asset recognition, depreciation, transfer, retirement, and write-off.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, GAAP, and corporate policies.
