Job summary

Unity Communications & Consulting Group Inc. is seeking a Client Technology Associate who bridges technical insight and financial nuance. You will support CTMs and enterprise service delivery, participate in client meetings, and help manage relationships with large clients while identifying risk and improvement opportunities.

You will review infrastructure and cybersecurity, analyze financial data, and assist with AR/AP processes. A hybrid setup with on-site training is offered.

Qualifications

• Strong IT infrastructure knowledge including servers, networks and cloud basics.
• Solid cybersecurity awareness and best practices.
• Experience in Tier 2 support and incident handling.
• Proficiency with Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, AD, M365, Azure).
• Hands-on finance operations experience: invoicing, validation and reconciliation.
• Ability to analyze financial data and generate actionable insights.
• Familiar with AR/AP processes and invoice finance concepts.
• Experience managing finance-related projects and tickets.
• Excellent analytical thinking and root-cause analysis skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to translate tech speak.

Responsibilities

• Support CTMs and ESDMs on assigned enterprise accounts.
• Join client meetings to provide technical insight and follow-up.
• Manage day-to-day technical and business relationships with large clients.
• Perform infrastructure and cybersecurity reviews to identify risks.
• Conduct deep dives and gap analyses to uncover issues and opportunities.
• Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and improvements.
• Support AR/AP processes and related financial inquiries as needed.
• Validate financial and invoice data for accuracy and documentation.
• Translate findings into clear, business-friendly language.
