Job summary

Continental is seeking an IT Consultant in the Quality & ESH IT area to drive digital transformation, ensure operational excellence, and deliver impactful IT solutions.

You will lead IT implementation projects (Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid), manage budgets and risks, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure IT governance and compliance across Quality applications. Fluency in English and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• Several years of experience managing IT projects with external service providers.
• Extensive IT application operations and project delivery experience.
• Solid ITSM knowledge and practical tools usage.
• Strong written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support IT implementation projects (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
• Plan, execute and deliver high-quality project outcomes on time and budget.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks and issues with proactive management.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including business, IT, legal and external service providers.
• Develop stakeholder communication plans to ensure transparency and alignment.
• Ensure IT governance, standards and compliance across Quality applications.
