Aufgaben

• Lead the Internal Controls team and processes for a country/process.
• Provide expert assessment of policy and controls effectiveness.
• Deliver training on policy and controls.
• Conduct advisory reviews on identified risk areas.
• Support management in SOX testing and CSA exercises.
• Drive continuous improvement and harmonization within the team.
• Coach and develop auditors to build a high-performing group.
