Job summary

greeninkinc hybrid role combines basic graphic design, print preparation, customer coordination, and administrative work for a printing company in Mandaluyong. You will create and edit layouts for business cards, invitations, stickers, labels, flyers, posters, menus, packaging, and other customized materials.

Prepare and check artwork/files before printing, make basic revisions based on client requirements, and ensure print-ready setups.

Qualifications

• Experience or knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or similar design programs.
• Good attention to detail when preparing files for printing.
• Organized, responsible and trustworthy.
• Professional communication with customers.
• Able to manage tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit layouts for printing projects such as business cards, invitations, stickers, labels, flyers, posters, menus, packaging, and other customized materials.
• Prepare and check artwork/files before printing.
• Make basic revisions based on client requirements.
• Ensure correct dimensions, resolution, colors, bleed, and print-ready file setup.
• Coordinate printing requirements and monitor ongoing orders.
• Help maintain organized digital files for clients and projects.
• Respond to customer inquiries and assist with quotations and orders.
• Coordinate with clients regarding artwork, specifications, deadlines, and approvals.
• Encode and maintain records of orders, expenses, payments, and other business documents.
• Prepare simple quotations, invoices, and order summaries.
