Job summary

Avensys Consulting Inc. in Makati is seeking a Full Stack Engineer with Java 17/21 and Angular to join our hybrid team. You will work across the full software development lifecycle, from requirements to deployment.

The role requires at least 2 years in JavaEE, strong OOP, RESTful/SOAP services, and HTML/CSS/JavaScript with a modern front-end framework. You will contribute to design, coding, testing, and documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and security.

Qualifications

• Min of 2+ years of experience in JavaEE software development.
• Java 17/21 with Angular is a MUST.
• Solid understanding of OOP and RESTful/SOAP services.
• Experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript and modern front-end libraries.

Responsibilities

• Involved in all phases of the software development lifecycle from requirements to maintenance and support.
• Contributes to requirement analysis and estimations; builds software structure.
• Designs and codes complex modules; seeks guidance when needed and applies best practices.
• Applies secure coding, code reviews, and source control; supports testing and deployment.
• Responds to scope changes, fixes bugs, and documents enhancements.
• Develops documentation with comments, diagrams and charts; reports progress and risks.
• Participates in workshops with customers and mentors junior developers.
