Job summary

Reed Elsevier Philippines is seeking a senior finance leader to manage a team delivering performance analysis for multiple business units representing substantial sales and revenue. You will drive budgets, forecasts, and monthly LV for regional sales and work closely with FP&A teams to maintain a service-oriented culture.

You will lead critical reporting, automation initiatives, and the adoption of AI tools, coordinating cycles within BDS and ensuring deadlines are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10–15 years of experience in financial reporting, planning, and analysis with senior stakeholder communication.
• Strong analytical and Excel modeling capabilities.
• Experience handling large data sets and learning new systems quickly.
• Proactive, can-do attitude in a complex, demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of management reporting and analysis to business units and FP&A.
• Drive budgeting, forecasts, and monthly LV for sales across regions.
• Participate in sales quota setting.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives including automation and GenAI implementations.
• Own sales planning application (Oracle).
• Coordinate reporting cycles within BDS to meet FP&A deadlines.
