Sourcefit seeks a Production Planner/Buyer to join the National Planning and Buying teams in Bridgetowne, Quezon City. You will create daily production plans, manage material schedules, and coordinate with demand planning, sales, and operations to meet the master supply plan and daily production targets.

You will work with ERP systems, maintain master data, optimize plant efficiencies, and help reduce waste while ensuring material availability and on-time deliveries.

Qualifikationen

• Proven FMCG/manufacturing experience (preferably short shelf life).
• Proven production planning and scheduling experience.
• Experience using planning and scheduling tools and ERP software.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders to achieve outcomes.

Aufgaben

• Create daily production plans using ERP systems.
• Provide feasible material schedules in daily time buckets.
• Maintain site production processes across fixed and trading zones.
• Plan capacity and report over-capacity solutions to Planning Manager.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning, Sales, and Operations to minimize excess stock.
• Prepare production plans for events and holidays.
• Create weekly supply schedules to meet production requirements.
• Maintain Master Data across all Planning ERP systems.
