Job summary

Intogreat Solutions is hiring a Financial Planning Assistant in the Philippines. The role supports advisers in delivering financial planning services, advice implementation, and ongoing client relationship management. This is a hybrid, full-time position aligned with Australian day shift.

Ideal candidates have Australian FP experience, strong Xplan skills, and excellent English communication. You will liaise with clients and stakeholders, manage records, and coordinate reviews to drive seamless

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' Australian Financial Planning experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Xplan.
• Experience in Financial Planning Administration, Client Services, or Wealth Management.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Confidence communicating with clients and stakeholders.
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Initiative, asks questions, and solves problems.
• Knowledge of superannuation, pensions, investments, and advice implementation.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of financial advice recommendations.
• Manage client communications and provide timely updates.
• Coordinate client reviews, meetings, and follow-up activities.
• Process superannuation rollovers, applications, and investment administration.
• Maintain accurate client records in Xplan and other systems.
• Liaise with advisers, fund managers, accountants, and product providers.
• Help manage workflows and keep outstanding tasks on track.
