Job summary

Lennor Group is seeking an ETL Developer (Contractual) for a hybrid role in Quezon City, Philippines. The ideal candidate will implement ETL programs, perform data profiling and analysis, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver analytics-ready data.

The role requires experience with SAP BODS, data warehousing concepts, and strong SQL scripting. On-site and remote work will be blended to support project needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in SAP BODS.
• Familiar with SQL Server and other database technologies.
• Experience in data warehousing, data migration and ETL processes.
• Experience in data mapping, SQL scripting, data analysis, data investigation, data fixes and testing.
• Proven experience in ETL development, data integration and data migration projects.
• Proficient in SQL scripting, query optimization, and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
• Experience in data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and data reconciliation.
• Ability to analyze source-to-target mappings and develop ETL workflows and jobs.
• Skilled in troubleshooting ETL issues, data validation, and root cause analysis.
• Experience in unit testing, integration testing, and production deployment support.

Responsibilities

• Document business data needs and gather requirements from stakeholders.
• Create detailed technical documentation for ETL programs.
• Develop ETL processes and perform data profiling and analysis.
• Map data from source to target tables and define transformations.
• Perform data warehousing tasks including mapping and transformations.
• Write complex SQL queries to analyze data for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to visualize process changes.
• Understand data infrastructure dependencies and establish best practices.
