Job summary

Lennor Group is seeking an ETL Developer (Contractual) for a hybrid role in Quezon City, Philippines. The ideal candidate will implement ETL programs, perform data profiling and analysis, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver analytics-ready data.

The role requires experience with SAP BODS, data warehousing concepts, and strong SQL scripting. On-site and remote work will be blended to support project needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in SAP BODS.
• Familiar with SQL Server and other database technologies.
• Experience in data warehousing, data migration and ETL processes.
• Experience in data mapping, SQL scripting, data analysis, data investigation, data fixes and testing.
• Proven experience in ETL development, data integration and data migration projects.
• Proficient in SQL scripting, query optimization, and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
• Experience in data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and data reconciliation.
• Ability to analyze source-to-target mappings and develop ETL workflows and jobs.
• Skilled in troubleshooting ETL issues, data validation, and root cause analysis.
• Experience in unit testing, integration testing, and production deployment support.

Responsibilities

• Document the Business Data needs. Work with Business stakeholders in identifying business requirements for analytics projects, products, and programs of work that maximize business impact / benefits within a realistic setting
• Create detailed technical documentation for data integration (ETL) programs and other deliverables.
• ETL Development, Data Profiling and Data Analysis.
• I dentify and map the data that are required from source to be loaded into target tables
• Define and document transformation requirements from Staging to the Final Reporting Table(s)
• Data warehousing - including data mapping and transformations, data dependencies, data source analysis and profiling.
• Write complex SQL queries to analyze data and provide results to business users or project team members.
• Visualize process changes in collaboration with business stakeholders and the IT user adoption team, to establish mutual understanding and accountability
• Understanding of the dependencies between components of data infrastructure
• Define standards and implement best practices for implementation of target data state

Requirements
