Esgaia is seeking a highly motivated Research Analyst, Stewardship to join our team in Manila. This role involves conducting in-depth ESG research and supporting engagements with publicly listed companies for institutional investors.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and an interest in ESG issues. This is a full-time hybrid position based out of our Makati office, requiring in-person attendance three days a week.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in ESG research, sustainability, or governance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze complex information.
• Potential to grow into a Research Analyst role.
• Certifications like CFA or ESG Investing Certificate are a plus.
