Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions (Philippines) Corporation is seeking a Data Management Associate to support the Data Management workstream within MSP or Procurement Solutions projects. You will collect and validate incumbent worker data, analyze gaps, and prepare data for VMS uploads while collaborating with vendors, clients, and internal teams to meet deadlines.

The role requires data analysis experience, strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a hybrid

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of professional experience in data analysis.
• Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas).
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
• Willing to work midshift/nightshift and hybrid setup (Ortigas Pasig).

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize and validate data using the AGS data collection tool.
• Follow up on outstanding data from outside vendors.
• Analyze data for gaps and resolve data issues.
• Prepare load templates for upload into VMS.
• Attend project meetings and report status on client calls.
• Support multiple projects simultaneously.
• Perform data quality audits on loads and ensure data governance.
