Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Data Engineer to help build and maintain data pipelines, support Master Data Management and Data Quality, and enable trusted data delivery for reporting and analytics.

You will collaborate with data engineers, architects, and business teams to ensure accuracy and accessibility of customer, supplier, and product data across enterprise platforms. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply to join a global data services team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as CS, DS, IT, or related field.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply; internship or capstone in databases, ETL, analytics, or cloud is a plus.
• Experience with databases, ETL, analytics, or cloud technologies is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Support data integration from multiple enterprise systems and data sources.
• Monitor data processing jobs for reliability and performance.
• Assist in data migration, validation, and reconciliation.
• Maintain enterprise master data models and perform data cleansing.
• Document data rules, definitions, and standards.
• Create data models and support BI initiatives.
• Work with Databricks and cloud data environments; learn Spark, Delta Lake, Python.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and drive process improvements.
